Dear Jonathan,

Carol and I are thrilled with the job you and your team did with the edging, planning and beautiful plantings. They layout and the flower selection (annuals and perennials) you chose has worked out to be spectacular.

Everyone that comes here ( and that is quite a few :} ) has commented on the beauty of the property. Better yet, when Carol gets up every morning, she walks the yard and is full of smiles when she returns.

My thank you and compliments also go to Gerry and his irrigation team. They did a wonderful job on redoing the drip system in the circle and laying new tubing in the new planting area by the "turtle eggs" ( still not hatched ). The circle has never looked better and all new plants and transplants survived.

Please pass on a big thank you to the planting team. They were wonderful and worked very hard to make our property beautiful............And, of course, thanks to you personally for the professionalism, leadership and the hard work to make the property become a colorful wonderland!

Hope all is going well with you and your family and BLC. Marty and I are doing well, although we're probably reaching that cranky age where we refer often to the "good ole days," "remember when," blah, blah, blah. Our property has certainly matured, too. A few years ago I was a bit discouraged but now that Jonathan is managing the account, everything is looking so much better. He is knowledgeable, hard-working, always follows through and working with him is a pleasure. Just wanted you to know that due to his attention, I'm a very satisfied client.

May 17th, 2011: Jonathan Marchant, NHCLP*, BLC Estate Gardening Supervisor wrote to a client after identifying a potential landcare problem...

"Hi Darcy,

I fertilized all shrubs and trees at your home yesterday. I noticed someone had started mulching there. Please be careful (for plant health) that no mulch covers or touches plant foliage or touches the trunks or stems. This can create a site for infection/secondary insects to attack plants. We try to be careful with our approach to mulching by spreading the mulch between and not on plants. Thank You, Jonathan"

Thank you so much for the feedback. We appreciate your taking the extra time to let us know what we are doing wrong.This is the type of entrepreneurial spirit that makes Belknap such a great company to do business with.

BLC was chosen as our snow removal contractor for the 2010/2011 season, and based on our experience with BLC, we have no hesitation in recommending them as a company with which to do business.

BLC's entire staff, and more specifically their snow operations manager, Gerry DuBreuil, have been a pleasure to do business with. Gerry has always been extremely responsive to our needs, no matter what the request. This award acknowledges the hard work and dedication you and your staff have contributed to your local community. Through your efforts many projects including gardens, ball fields, and youth projects have benefited from your work and generous donations of time and materials.

Just wanted to let you know that with all the snow we have had already this season, Belknap Landscape has been doing a great job keeping Brookside Crossing clear. I have had many favorable comments from residents as to your good job. The snow blower with Jennifer at the controls is working great. Duane with the plowing, Jennifer, and all the shovelers deserve a "job well done". Hopefully the snow will slow down, but if not, I feel we are in good hands with BLC.

Our house tour is now only a pleasant memory, but please know how very much Opechee Garden Club appreciates Belknap Landscape's involvement in the event. We were fortunate to receive great publicity, both locally and regionally, and were delighted to highlight Belknap Landscaping's generous assistance whenever possible.
